Tomás holds a law degree from Universidad de Chile (2018). Subsequently, he holds a diploma in Tax Planning and Management (2020) of Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.

He has worked as a lawyer in the firm Ugarte & amp; Correa in the area of litigation and arbitration. Subsequently, he worked in the area of Tax & Legal of KPMG in the team of conflict resolution and disputes, serving both domestic and international clients.

He is an expert in commercial dispute resolution and corporate law, as well as in business development.
